3. Work2BeWell teen mental health project

To support more young people with mental health resources, Providence needed to scale up a small but successful initiative led by teen and mental health professionals in Oregon.

Working with EY’s partner for digital health and wellness, I led stakeholder research and capability mapping, then designed a series of collaboration workshops for stakeholders from Providence, W2BWell program leaders and teen participants. These workshops defined the vision for the expanded program and work streams to build out the required resources and content.

Work2BeWell’s goal is to promote teen wellness across the country; it works to normalize the conversation about mental health.

Work2BeWell resources are now available nation-wide to ensure that parents, teens, and educators have access to free, clinically-vetted curriculum, mental health resources listed for each state, and a movement to reduce stigma and amplify teen voices.
