4. Air as a service concept for Carrier

As the HVAC landscape shifted to include data and service offerings, Carrier sought ways to better integrate with the smart home space. Working with user research and potential concepts, I led value discovery and capability mapping to explore a new offering: a climate control service for residents without the purchase of HVAC equipment. I created concept videos, wireframes, and clickable prototypes to demonstrate the concept to Carrier stakeholders.
